Steve Dawson, General Manager

Steve Dawson is a passionate leader with over 30 years of experience in helping people with disabilities. He holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care and a Back Care Advisor qualification from the Southampton University of Rehabilitation Sciences. He is committed to providing high-quality person-centric support services to help others achieve their goals and live their best lives.

Paula

Hi, I'm Paula. I've always wanted to work with young people with learning disabilities, so I started in 2013 when my kids were old enough. I love my job as I get to help our tenants reach their full potential. I enjoy supporting them with daily tasks like cooking, baking, and going on days out. I love walking with my dogs, Skye and Storm. I recently went abseiling for the first time and I'd love to try wing walking next!

Jackie

Hi, I'm Jackie! I've been a support worker for 10 years and I love it. I get to help young adults with learning disabilities learn new skills and achieve their goals. It is so rewarding to see them succeed. In my free time, I love spending time with my family and gardening. I also enjoy baking and decorating cakes. I'm always trying new recipes and decorating techniques.

Hi, I'm Phil! I am a keen walker and gardener. I've worked in social care for almost 20 years, and I really love my job. I get to help people who are struggling, and it's incredibly rewarding to see them make progress. I'm passionate about my work, and I'm committed to making a difference in the lives of the people I support.

Tracy

Hi, I'm Tracy! I'm a passionate care worker with over 20 years of experience in a variety of settings, including learning disability support, supported living, childcare, residential care, and dementia care. I'm also a mother to two, and I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy walking in the countryside with my dog Lucky and listening to music.

Kim

Hi, I'm Kim! I'm a social care worker from Yorkshire who's lived in Somerset since 1987. I'm married to Rocky and we have a son named James. I've worked in adult social care since 1997 and I love my job. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, socialising, and spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy a good gin.
